Xavier and Mathieu Ledogar cultivate 20 hectares of vines planted all around the village of Ferrals-les-Corbières. They use organical and biodynamic methods. Instead of machinery, horses plough the fields and donkeys keep the weeds in check. The Domaine was certified organic by Ecocert in 2006.

Planted all around the village, on the precious terroir of Boutenac, the family vineyard is cultivated organically, with biodynamic herbal medicine for some plots. In 1998, the family estate emancipated itself from the local cooperative and vinified its first wines at the initiative of its successor, Xavier Ledogar.
